1. General Conduct / Conducta General

English

• Treat all members with respect; no harassment, racism, threats or toxic behavior.
• Use clear and descriptive titles for your posts.
• Post content in the correct section.
• Avoid spam: repeated posts, meaningless replies, bumping too often.
• English is preferred; Spanish is allowed.
• Do not impersonate other users or staff.
• Avoid replies like “thanks”, “good”, or “nice leak” — they are considered spam.
• Use search before posting to avoid duplicates.

Español

• Trata a todos los miembros con respeto; nada de insultos o toxicidad.
• Usa títulos claros y descriptivos.
• Publica en la sección correcta.
• Evita el spam: mensajes repetidos o sin sentido.
• Inglés preferido; español permitido.
• No te hagas pasar por otro usuario o staff.
• No publiques mensajes como “gracias” o “bueno” sin aportar nada.

2. Allowed & Forbidden Content / Contenido Permitido y Prohibido

✔ Allowed / Permitido

• Leaks, nulled software, cracked tools.
• Hacking resources, methods, scripts, configs, exploits.
• Dumps, combos, wordlists.
• Proof-of-concepts, reverse engineering, research tools.

❌ Forbidden / Prohibido

• Child pornography or sexual content involving minors (permanent ban).
• Doxxing: revelar información personal para dañar a alguien.
• Malware malicioso sin advertencia (RAT, stealer, keylogger).
• Herramientas falsas.

3. Accounts / Cuentas

English

• Only one account per user. Multiple accounts = permanent ban.
• Do not evade bans.
• Offensive usernames are not allowed.
• Sexual avatars allowed if non-explicit and not involving minors.

Español

• Solo una cuenta por usuario.
• No evadas baneos.
• Usuarios con nombres ofensivos serán suspendidos.
• Avatares sexuales permitidos si no son explícitos.

4. Resources & File Uploads / Recursos y Archivos

✔ Allowed

• Cualquier herramienta de hacking, leaks, scripts, programas, configs.
• Nulled/cracked software con descripción clara.
• Exploit educativo, PoC, herramientas de testing.

Requirements / Requisitos

• Describe claramente qué hace tu archivo.
• Si contiene RAT/logger/injector debes avisarlo claramente.
• Incluye capturas cuando sea posible.
• No subir archivos con contraseña sin incluir la contraseña.

❌ Forbidden

• Malware oculto con intención de dañar usuarios.
• Herramientas falsas con payload peligroso.

5. Marketplace Rules / Reglas del Marketplace

• Selling only in Marketplace sections.
• Bump allowed every 24 hours.
• No selling public leaks.
• No external forum vouches.
• No posting in another user's sales thread unless necessary.
• If you have an open scam report, you cannot post new sales.

6. Advertisement / Publicidad

Allowed

• Links to upload sites, hosting services, developer pages.

Not allowed

• Advertising other hacking forums.
• Spam, social media promotion, Discord invites.
• Monetized or malicious redirects.

7. Reporting & Moderation / Reportes y Moderación

• Use the report button; do not moderate others.
• Abusing the report system will lead to warnings.
• Staff may edit, move or delete content at any time.

8. User Agreement / Acuerdo de Usuario

• You are responsible for your downloads and actions.
• HackStoreX is not responsible for deals between users.
• Content may be reviewed or removed at any time.
• Your account may be suspended for rule violations.

9. DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyright has been violated, contact us with:

• Identification of the content.
• Proof of ownership.
• Your contact info.
• Statement of good faith.
• Statement under penalty of perjury.

Breaking these rules may result in warnings, suspension or permanent ban.
